Anna Kovalenko brings extensive expertise in regional development, public relations, national security and defense strategy to her new role at USUBC. With over a decade of high-level experience in Ukraine’s government and civil society, she now focuses on advising international missions supporting wartime humanitarian relief and post-war economic recovery initiatives.
Throughout her distinguished career, Anna has served in key leadership roles in both government and civil society, contributing to the development of critical policies in regional development and decentralization, economic recovery and defense reforms. Anna also played a key role in advancing strategic leadership education, having led the “Strategic Leadership: Ukraine’s Security and Defense System” program at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
