International Railway Journal has recognized Riyadh Metro’s Package 3 – covering Lines 4, 5, and 6 – as one of the Top Railway Projects of the year. Hill International provided comprehensive project and construction management services for the $9 billion initiative, which added 67 km of new track, 27 stations, extensive tunneling, and elevated infrastructure. The project, delivered on behalf of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, represents one of the largest and most complex public transit efforts in the Middle East.
