Ruslan Kravchenko is an experienced government leader and legal expert with a strong background in law enforcement, prosecution, and public administration. He holds a Master of Laws in Military Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy.
As Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, he leads the Service, oversees the fulfillment of government-assigned tasks, and manages national tax administration. He is also responsible for implementing reforms, enhancing transparency, and modernizing Ukraine’s tax system.
Previously, he held senior roles in the Prosecutor General’s Office and served as Head of the Bucha District Prosecutor’s Office, where he led war crimes investigations and worked with international organizations. He later headed the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to improving public governance and the justice system in Ukraine. His work has been recognized with numerous state honors, including the Order of Merit (III degree), the Order of Danylo Halytskyi, and the Presidential Award for participation in the Anti-Terrorist Operation.
