USUBC held its first Executive Committee meeting of 2025, which set the stage for strategic planning, policy discussions, and initiatives aimed at strengthening business ties and investment opportunities for USUBC membership. The Executive Committee elected Stephanie Murphy of Bayer U.S. as the Vice-Chair, and established two new sub-committees: Governance & Operations and Membership & Programs, as well as the Know Your Customer (KYC) Working Group Chaired by the USUBC Secretary/Treasurer Greg Fishman. The status of the Defense Sector Working Group was elevated to be functioning under the auspices of the Executive Committee with three new Co-Leads (all – Executive Committee members): George Moraczewski of L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES, Dan Bilak of Kinstellar law firm and Greg Fishman, USUBC Secretary/Treasurer.
