On 4 February Irina Paliashvili, USUBC President & CEO participated in the panel “Leadership without Borders” at the Leadership Forum, held within the framework of Ukrainian Week 2025 in Washington D.C. Irina spoke about female leadership, a topic which is always timely and important in international context, but is critical in Ukraine today, because the women’s roles are rapidly and fundamentally shifting during the wartime.
