Lev Holubec is a Consulting Partner in PwC’s Deals practice and a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team for PwC’s Deals Consulting business. He advises corporate and private equity clients on complex transactions, helping organizations translate investment theses, growth strategies, and transformation ambitions into operating performance across challenging, cross-border environments.
Over the course of his career, Lev has worked with clients in more than 30 countries, helping leadership teams navigate the operational, organizational, and governance challenges that determine whether investments ultimately deliver on their promise. He previously led PwC’s Deals Consulting practice across Central and Eastern Europe and spent several years based in Kyiv, developing deep experience working across markets, cultures, and operating environments.
Lev also co-leads PwC’s Rebuild Ukraine Global Task Force, where he focuses on connecting private capital, institutional capability, and operating expertise to Ukraine’s long-term reconstruction and modernization. His work centers on helping investors and companies move from interest to action—understanding opportunities, navigating risk, building partnerships, and operating successfully in Ukraine. He is particularly focused on strengthening commercial ties between Ukrainian enterprises and international investors, operators, and strategic partners.
Before entering consulting, Lev worked in industry designing and selling process control systems for manufacturing environments. That foundation continues to shape his perspective: sustainable value is created when strategy, investment, and execution come together in the real world.
A bilingual Ukrainian-English speaker, Lev holds a B.S. in Physics from John Carroll University and an MBA from Columbia University.
