In an update to Flash report#28, in respect of VAT treatment of medical goods, be informed that on 1 July2014 the Government has established a new list of medical products subject to7% VAT.*
Effective 1 July 2014, the reduced 7% VAT rate will be available for allmedical products properly registered in Ukraine and which comply withrespective Ukrainian technical regulations for medical products.
The new list of medical goods will be valid on a permanent basis.
