SUMMARY:Roundtable with Oleksii Sobolev\, Minister of Economy\, Environment\, and Agriculture of Ukraine
DESCRIPTION:USUBC will hold a Roundtable in Washington\, D.C. with Oleksii Sobolev\, Minister of Economy\, Environment\, and Agriculture of Ukraine. The event will be held on Tuesday\, 14 October 2025\, starting at 5:15 PM.  Following the conclusion of the Roundtable at 6:30PM\, we invite the participants to the Drinks & Networking Reception. \nOleksii Sobolev was appointed Minister of Economy\, Environment\, and Agriculture of Ukraine in July 2025. He leads key reforms aimed at accelerating economic growth\, improving governance of state-owned enterprises\, attracting private investment\, advancing Ukraine’s green transition\, and boosting agricultural productivity and exports. \nBefore his appointment\, he served as First Deputy Minister of Economy\, where he coordinated implementation of the EU’s €9.3 billion Ukraine Investment Framework and led efforts in privatization and wartime financing. Earlier\, he headed Prozorro.Sale\, Ukraine’s national platform for transparent asset sales\, which earned a United Nations Public Service Award under his leadership. Full Bio \nMinister Sobolev will be accompanied by Yegor Perelygin\, Deputy Minister\, Olga Slavina\, Adviser on International Cooperation to the Minister and Roman Shemakov\, Adviser to the Minister. \nThe attendance is limited to USUBC members and partners. The space is strictly limited\, so we can only accept one representative per company. The registration will be carried out on a first come\, first served basis and will be closed when we reach capacity.
