Oleh Huliak has over 30 years of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, advancing from platoon leader to Head of the Military Academy in Odesa and Commander of the Logistics Forces. Throughout his military career, Mr. Huliak demonstrated effective leadership during peacekeeping missions, managed large-scale personnel and logistics operations, and coordinated strategic planning at the operational and national levels. After retiring from the Armed Forces, joined the Ukrainian Defense Industry, initially serving as Adviser on Military Cooperation and currently holding the position of CEO. Oleh Huliak holds a PhD in Law and the academic title of Associate Professor, with a strong background in defense sector reform, organizational transformation, and crisis management under wartime conditions. His experience bridges military leadership and defense industry management, ensuring a results-driven approach to strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities.
