Oksana Varodi is the Upstream and Advisory Manager of Manufacturing, Agribusiness, and Services (MAS) in IFC Europe.
Oksana has over 25 years of experience in Advisory, Investment, and Upstream operations at IFC. She has a strong track record in building networks and collaborations with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions and transformational engagements aimed at supporting private sector investments in Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, Pakistan, Afghanistan and North Africa. Oksana has experience in developing and delivering complex and innovative projects that require multi-stakeholder management skills, visionary leadership, and the ability to succeed in uncertain and high-risk environments.
Prior to IFC, Oksana worked in the State Treasury of Ukraine. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics with summa cum laude honors from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
