Nadiia Stechyshyna is an Investment Director at BGV Group Management, where she oversees investment strategy, deal execution, and portfolio value creation across sectors such as energy, materials, and real estate. She brings deep expertise in private equity, corporate finance, and strategic development, with a track record of leading complex transactions and turning around underperforming projects. Nadiia has also served on the board of an energy company and played a key role in driving ESG-aligned growth initiatives. Her earlier career includes executive roles in the defense sector and the successful launch and exit of a bespoke manufacturing business. She is a Dean’s Scholar at Oxford Saïd Business School, holds a Master’s in Sustainability and Tech from WU Executive Academy, and an MSc in Corporate Finance from Tilburg University.
