Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Glib Kanievskyi headed the Procurement Policy Department of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine from February 2024. Took part in the process of separation procurement policy development and execution of procurement in the structure of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, creation and development of lethal and non-lethal procurement agencies.
One of the developers and executors of NATO – UKRAINE Strategic Defense Procurement Review.
For today, Procurement Policy Department is responsible for:
- planning of procurement;
- budget resource management;
- overall control of defense procurement.
Glib Kanievskyi has over 12 years of experience in project management sphere. In 2023 completed a course on the basics of organizing the reconstruction of Ukraine at the Royal United Services Institute.
