Kyiv, 11 October 2016 – AVELLUM acted as the Ukrainian legal counsel to Mr. Hamed Alikhani in connection with obtaining a merger control clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the acquisition of PJSC “CB “Center” under the amnesty procedure.
