With 28 years of extensive and varied cross-border experience, Myron focuses his practice on corporate, M&A and commercial cross-border transactions and contract work, due diligence and deal structuring and consulting with a focus in the oil and gas, energy and RES, industrial, IT and venture tech, and commercial real estate sectors.
