This appointment recognises Sergiy’s qualification as a world-class arbitration expert as wellas his experience in handling most complicatedinternational disputes.
Sergiy specialises in Dispute Resolution holding anLL.M degree from Queen Mary University of London in International andComparative Dispute Resolution. He combines the insight of civil service withthe private practice experience. Sergiy acted in a number of arbitrationsconducted under ICAC, SCC, ICC and ICSID rules and has vast practice of variouscases at all levels and branches of Ukrainian judiciary. Sergiy has acted on anumber of occasions for foreign clients in enforcement proceedings beforeUkrainian courts.
Sergiy was recognised as the “notable practitioner” in International Arbitration by theUkrainian Law Firms 2012, Top 50 Law Firms in Ukraine 2012, YurydychnaPraktyka. In 2012/2013 Sergiy was included in Top 250 Recommended Lawyers byYurydychna Gazeta.
