Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm acted as a legal advisor to Google in the process of launching the localized video-sharing website YouTube in Ukraine, which included legal support of a complex deal regarding the use of original content on YouTube.ua.

Earlier in a related matter VKP lawyers removed the domain YouTube.ua from under the control of an individual who seized it unlawfully and returned it to its rightful owner.
